The Rogers Family Company was founded by Jon and Barbara Rogers. Their children, Jim, John (JR), Lisa, and Pete as well as daughter-in-law Kirsten play an integral role in the ongoing success of the business.

Jon and Barbara's family has now grown to include 13 grandchildren who are often at the offices, playing with toys and generally being very cute. In keeping with their mission to treat everyone as if they were part of their family, the Rogers welcome employees' children to the office too when needs dictate, and everyone takes turns keeping an eye on the little ones.
